To apply, visit your local branch and one of our customer service representatives will help you complete an application. Once you submit your information and mail or deliver it to the address shown on the application, you can expect your VISA Check Card to arrive within 10 business days of approval. Your PIN will be sent to you in a separate mailing. If you prefer to choose your own personal PIN, contact the Customer Service Department at 850-926-7111.
