Personal Banking: Super NOW Account
With this account you will earn interest on your checking account. You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. Also, to avoid the monthly maintenance fee of $6.00 the balance in the account must not fall below $1,000.00 during a statement cycle. Interest will be compounded every day and interest will be credited to your account every month. The interest for this account will be calculated using the daily balance method. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example, checks). At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account. A debit fee of $.20 will be charged for each debit transaction (withdrawal, check paid, automatic transfer or payment out of the account). This fee will apply if the balance in the account falls below $1,000.00 any day of the cycle.
