Application Process
Applying with Wakulla Bank is simple. We have Real Estate Application Packets at all locations, stop by and pick one up or you can contact one of our representatives directly and they will make sure you receive the packet. Once you have received the packet, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions filling it out or if you just want some guidance. Once you have completed the application, give us a call and we will guide you through the rest. Below is a list of items that we will need along with the completed application.
Items Needed
- Completed Loan Application
- Copies of last two months bank statements for all accounts listed on application
- Minimum Monthly Payments as well as outstanding balances on all open loans
- Copy of your most recent paystubs including company name and address and a year to date pay calculation
- Copy of last two years W2’s from all employers
- If you are self employed then we will need the past two years full tax returns
